Roli Motorsport is an international karting team founded in Estonia in 2004 by Andrei “Roli” Bersenev. The team works with ambitious drivers who want to develop their performance, compete at a higher level and approach every stage of their racing career with a clear plan.

From individual training and testing to complete race and season programmes, Roli Motorsport combines driver coaching, technical preparation and competition experience in one focused environment.

From Estonia to international karting

A team developed through competition

Roli Motorsport was established in 2004 and developed through years of racing, coaching and team management in Estonia. After achieving multiple Estonian championship titles, the team expanded its work into the highly competitive international karting environment in Italy and across Europe.

International karting demands more than speed. A driver must adapt quickly, understand changing grip conditions, communicate accurately with the team and perform under pressure. Roli Motorsport prepares drivers for that complete challenge.

Andrei “Roli” Bersenev

More than 30 years in karting

Andrei Bersenev has spent more than 30 years in karting—as a driver, coach, team owner, manager and mentor. His work is built on practical racing experience and a deep understanding of how young drivers develop over time.

Earlier in their careers, Andrei served as the first coach of Jüri Vips, Markus Kajak and Martin Rump. Each continued on their own path into professional motorsport, while their early development remains part of Andrei’s long coaching history.

Across three decades, more than 300 children and young drivers have taken part in training led by Andrei and programmes created under the Roli name.

His role goes beyond driving instructions. He helps drivers and families understand where the driver is today, what must improve next and which competitive step makes sense for long-term development.

Roli Motorsport does not treat driver development as a standard package. Every programme begins with the driver’s current level, experience, goals and competition plans.

A true champion is not defined by setting the fastest lap in practice—or even in qualifying. A true champion makes the right decisions on track, stays composed in every situation and shows their talent when it matters most.

International karting in Italy

Italy is at the centre of international karting. Its circuits, teams and championships create an environment where drivers are measured against some of the strongest competition in the world.

Test days, race preparation and competition programmes are selected according to the driver’s level and objectives, with a clear focus on measurable development rather than participation alone.

Driver and equipment
